The Event Coordinator will be responsible for getting these materials to the volunteers for each location.

If you can volunteer for a shift at any of these locations, please contact volunteer@golden-rescue.net and specify which location, and which shift you can cover. Also, indicate if you'll have a Golden with you. As this event is for Golden Rescue, all GOLDEN ambassadors are welcome.

This year they've added the "High Flying Canines" to showcase Dock Diving, and the "Ultimate Air Dogs-Canada" for Disc Catching. And once again, GOLDEN RESCUE will be part of this fun and educational Dog Festival!

We will be selling GOLDEN RESCUE merchandise, handing out brochures to Festival-goers, answering questions about what we do and how we rescue and re-home our beautiful Goldens. Bring a hat and sunscreen as we'll be right near the water. Also, remember water for your Golden buddy! When your shift is over, enjoy the Dock and Disc Shows and the various dog breed events. All vendors are doggie-related and provide fantastic value. There are picnic tables available in certain areas of the Park. Hot and Cold Refreshments are available from various vendors. Trenton is home to Canada's largest Air Base and the National Air Museum has free admission as well. Come and make a day of it!

If you can help out please email volunteer@golden-rescue.net

This was a fantastic fundraiser for GOLDEN RESCUE last year and we look forward to making this year a great success as well!

  1. Download your Pledge Form and start collecting pledges by CLICKING HERE!
  2. Create your own online Giving Page through Canada Helps by CLICKING HERE and following the instructions. 3. Support any one of our walkers by CLICKING HERE for a link to all their giving pages.
